The leader multinational in consumer electronics company, is looking for a Senior UX/UI Lead to join our e-Commerce team.

The UX/UI Lead is responsible for the user experience and the look and feel of the site from a design perspective. That includes an ownership and quality assurance of all digital communication such as email templates, campaign landing pages, banners, user flows, graphic components and key pages on site. The UX/UI lead works closely with CRO, Web analytics as well as the Brand department, improving the site UX by data driven design decisions.

Main responsabilities:

– Site UX ownership & quality assurance
– Digital communication ownership & quality assurance
– Coordinate with all required parties to make sure all parties follow visual guidelines
– Understanding the behavior and expectations of online visitors
– Staying up to date with the latest trends in online marketing and design
– Based on the latest trends and technology, continuously develop the site design, functions and user flows with the goal of staying ahead of competition
– Training and knowledge sharing internally

What we expect from you:

– Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
– Ability to lead design process in digital products, services and experiences
– Develop hypotheses based on insights from GA analysis, heatmaps and user testing data
– Understanding of CRO process and values
– Basic knowledge about A/B testing
– Experience of GUI concepts, visual interface design (bonus if you have sketching experiences.)
– Experience of working with digital communication such as banner visuals, email templates etc
