We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have an advanced level of English and be able to communicate effectively with our international guests.

Responsibilities:

Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival.
Check-in.
Managing reservations.
Providing information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
Handling guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Assisting with daily administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

We offer an initial contract for 40 hours per week with intensive shifts,
The contract is indefinite.
