We are looking for a Facility Manager. As Facility Manager you will be in charge of to manage process in the specific region to ensure high quality maintainance of existing restaurants portfolio in most efficient way ensuring safety, sales continuity and cost optimization.

You will be responsible for ensure sales continuity for all existing restaurants in region by securing proper technical condition of assets.

You will manage inspections and PPM process in to ensure that all business units are compliant with law in areas: construction, fire protection and you will provide service coverage for the kitchen equipment and building area in all newly opened restaurants in region.

Your daily accountabilities will be:

-Building Maintenance managed.

-Manages framework agreements with all vendors and partners in region.

-Secures best possible business conditions for area.

-Implements innovations and value engineering solutions.

-Ensure smooth execution of team goals and priorities (long and short term) to support strategy.

-Manage audits process of restaurants and training in the region.

-Delivers rapid, cost effective and high-quality support for all brands.

-Provides technical support & training for multidepartmental.

-Manage inspections and PPM process in to ensure that all business units are compliant with law in areas: construction, fire protection…

-Manages PPM / RM ratio, supports equipment purchasing procedure to secure best possible TLC of equipment and installations.

Requisitos

-Engineering Degree. -3 years of experience in Facility Management. -3 years of experience as a Team leader and cost management. -High level of English, written and spoken. -Retail sector experience
