Overview
We are seeking for a Groups Manager join our team in Catalonia. As a Groups Manager you will coordinate the Groups & Incentives Department in accordance with the directives of the central management, and to ensure that the objectives set by the company are met.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate Groups & Incentives team of Catalonia to attend our clients’ needs.
– Provide fast and efficient response to incoming commercial quotations.
– Ensure quality and efficiency of the operations (deadlines, customer-supplier invoicing…)
– Develop an Annual Budget that meets the company’s objectives.
– Being the point of contact for providers, suppliers, incoming agency and tour operator to ensure the quality of the service.
– Prepare and send detailed proposals and power point presentations to clients.
– Negotiating prices with suppliers.
– Providing detailed and clear reports prior to the start of events, ensuring that everyone involved has the information they need.
– Follow up events before, during and after with the client directly.
