We are looking for an Excursions Agent to join our team in Gran Canaria. Our future teammate would be part of the Excursions department in the destination. As part of the department, the ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing product and sales development, and will also need to have a strong relationship with our clients, all within the scope of excursions.
Key responsibilities:
– Develop and execute sales strategies, marketing campaigns, B2B online marketing
– Be in contact with the excursions providers and TTOO to check and renegotiate offers
– Sales settlement with TTOO and collaborators.
– Contracting of new product of activities and excursions
– Manage client complaint with the TTOO and other internal departments
– Design and elaboration of the excursion program in Gran Canaria
– Manage the special requests of the TTOO and collaborators and coordinate these needs internally.
– Set up and follow up with sales and battle field reports/statistics.
– Excursions department basic tasks to understand the operation and clients processes.
