We are a company dedicated to the car rental sector with over 45 years’ experience in the business.

We are looking for a proactive, dynamic and energetic Branch Manager.

The main responsibilities are:

– Organization of team schedules to ensure proper customer service.
– Ensure the correct provision of subcontracted service providers (maintenance, cleaning, repair, etc.).
– Control operating costs to achieve the targets.
– Enhance the cross-selling of services (GPS, higher category, etc.) both personally and encouraging the team to get them.
– Assist the customers in operational management (it is considered one more person in the office when organizing schedules).
– Ensure the good atmosphere and work environment among employees. Enable their professional development and their level of commitment.
– Report to management on the operation, results, incidents and receive the necessary guidelines.

 

Requisitos

- At least 5 years of experience in the Rent a Car business. - Experience as coordinator of another operator will be valued. - It is important the knowledge of the field to understand the details of operation: type of incidents with vehicles, cross-selling system, etc. Sale of industrial products in BtoB and knowledge and / or experience in the logistics sector will be valued, as well as knowledge of distance selling environment (Internet / E-commerce / multi-channel sales). Commercial vocation and customer orientation. - Advanced level of Office Automation. - English C1. Other languages will be valued.Are you looking for a new challenge?
